Installing Plugins

Installing Java, the flash plugin, or the shockwave plugin is quite safe and there's nothing to it. Macromedia makes the shockwave and flash plugins, and you can get the Java plugin from Sun Microsystems. This software comes from reputable companies who develop real technology, and none of this is junk software or spyware.

Note: For Java, you'll probably want the one labeled: The J2SE Java Runtime Environment (JRE) end-user software.

All of the games on this website use the Flash plugin, although it's nice to have the other two installed for things you might run into elsewhere on the internet. You'll need at least the flash plugin to play games on gtds.net anyhow. Download the software from these websites, and run the installation file. You may need to restart your web browser or your computer before changes take effect. The installation file will let you know.
