This game is mostly luck, but you can reduce your chances of failure by sticking all your excess money in the bank after each turn.

stragry: first rob the bank(may take a couple times) then pay of the loan shark after that just wonder around till some drug gets saturated and then buy that drug (max) and then go some ware else and sell it and the repeate the last step alot. -iceman
