Load time: Dialup (120 seconds), Broadband (15 seconds)

Work your way through each level popping the required number of balloons to advance. You only have a limited amount of ammunition, so use it wisely.
On the tougher levels, aim and fire, and leave your mouse right there. When you miss, wait for the level to reset and correct your shot accordingly.
